The short version. You own everything you build and you can take it with you. You are responsible for what you build and for whatever it does once it is live. We provide the tools and the machine, not a guarantee that your software is correct, secure or fit for anyone's purpose. Our liability is limited to what you paid us.
These terms are a contract between you and Goober Studios LLC, the company that operates Viberide ("Goober Studios", "Viberide", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are using Viberide on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Viberide gives you a voice interface to a coding agent, a private workspace on our servers to build in, and an optional one-click way to publish what you build to a public web address. That is the whole of what we provide.
Builds run on your own Claude account, which you link to Viberide. An active Claude subscription with Anthropic is required in order to build anything, and it is separate from and additional to your Viberide plan. Your Viberide subscription pays for the machine your projects run on and the platform around it — it does not include, resell or subsidise access to Claude. If your Claude subscription lapses, is rate-limited, is suspended, or Anthropic changes its terms, pricing or availability, building will stop working and that is outside our control. Your Viberide plan remains payable during any such period.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. One account is for one person or organisation; do not share credentials.
You own everything you create on Viberide — your code, your files, your projects. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to it beyond the strictly technical permissions needed to store it, run it, back it up and display it back to you so the service can function. We do not use it to train models. You can export it or push it to your own GitHub repositories at any time, and you keep your own domains and DNS throughout, so you are never locked in.
This is the important one. Software you create using Viberide is your product, not ours. We do not review it, approve it, audit it or endorse it. You alone are responsible for:
Code produced by an AI agent may contain errors, security flaws, or material that infringes someone's rights, and it may confidently appear correct when it is not. You must review and test anything before you rely on it or put it in front of real users. Do not use Viberide to build systems where a failure could cause death, personal injury, or serious environmental or financial harm.
You agree to indemnify and hold Viberide harmless against any claim, loss, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising from what you build, what you publish, or your breach of these terms.
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the service: encrypted transport, separation between customer accounts, and restricted access to production systems. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that Viberide or anything you host on it will never be breached, attacked or accessed without authorisation. No provider can honestly promise that.
Accordingly, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any hack, intrusion, malware, denial-of-service attack, data breach, data loss or unauthorised access affecting your account, your projects, your published applications or their users — including where it results from a vulnerability in code the agent produced, in a dependency you installed, or in a third-party service you connected. Securing what you build, and keeping your own backups, is your responsibility.
Do not attempt to breach, probe, overload or circumvent the security of our systems, or to access other customers' workspaces, and do not use Viberide to attack anyone else.
You may not use Viberide to build, host or distribute anything unlawful; to infringe intellectual property; to send spam; to distribute malware; to mine cryptocurrency; to host material that sexually exploits children; to harass or defraud people; or to consume resources in a way that degrades the service for other customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do so, and where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law we may do it without notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change our prices, and we will give account holders reasonable notice by email before a change affects them. Trials are free and cardless, and end automatically.
Plans differ in the CPU, memory and storage available to your workspace. Those are ceilings, not a reservation of dedicated hardware.
If your subscription ends or a payment fails, we take your publicly published applications offline — serving public traffic is the metered resource. Your account, your projects and your code remain intact and accessible, and you can still push everything to GitHub. You simply cannot start new builds until you are on an active plan again. Deleting your account removes your data permanently, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Viberide running but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime commitment. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control, including failures of the infrastructure providers and third-party services we depend on.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viberide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the agent's output will be correct, secure, complete, original or suitable for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viberide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data, however caused and on any theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and where that is the case the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Viberide depends on and connects to services we do not control, including Anthropic, Stripe and GitHub. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, pricing or policy changes.
You may stop using Viberide and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we are required to by law. Except where a breach makes it impossible, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your work first.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify account holders by email and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Viberide after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goober Studios LLC is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
